Zachary Stoner
Associate
Zachary Stoner is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on appellate advocacy. His appellate practice is extensive, with briefs filed in matters involving violations of Florida’s Public Records Act, wage-and-hour disputes, breach of contract, and probate disputes. He represents clients across a wide range of matters, bringing a rare combination of trial, appellate, and judicial-chambers perspective to every case he handles.
Before entering private practice, Zachary served as a Staff Attorney for Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, where he worked directly with the court’s judiciary and the Clerk of the Court, gaining a firsthand view into the range of approaches different judges bring to appellate review.
Zachary earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and served on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review as Lead Technical Editor for Volume 45.
